My belief is that everyone has the ability to express themselves through creativity (yes, even you), and it is my MISSION to guide you to believing it too!

Seriously, it took me years before I could confidently call myself an artist when asked the dreaded question, "so, what do you do?".

​

"Any moment now they're going to discover I'm a FRAUD", I thought. "They're going to LAUGH at me!", I thought. I wasn't educated enough. I wasn't interesting enough. I hadn't had any gallery representation or sold millions of paintings or starved myself for the love of my craft. How dare I call myself an artist! How DARE I?!

No!

 

Why do we torture ourselves like that?

 

And I knew I wasn't alone.

​

That's why I'm here, to get YOU into recovery too! To quiet the voices in your head that tell you that you aren't TALENTED enough, not CREATIVE enough, not EDUCATED, RESOURCEFUL or YOUNG enough to do what makes your heart sing!

You know that you are CREATION ITSELF, right? 

​

The very fact that you have been created (by whomever or whatever your beliefs are) means it is your RIGHT and OBLIGATION to create, even if it is just for you.

​

When we make ANYTHING, be it a painting, a poem or a pancake, we are living our truest truth.

It's true, I swear!

 

That sense of fulfilment  when we stand back and say 'I made that' is your soul saying, 'Let's Do That Again'.
