SHIPPING POLICY
Each original artwork is carefully packed for safe transit. Delivery options, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout and vary according to artwork size and destination.
UK and international delivery is available, with larger works requiring specialist delivery. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local charges for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
I hope you’ll love your artwork, but if you change your mind, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return it.
Returned artwork must be safely packaged and returned in its original condition. Unless the artwork is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return delivery costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Bespoke or commissioned artworks are made specifically for you and cannot normally be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the artwork is faulty, damaged or not as described.
PAYMENT METHODS
Secure online payment is available by major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Available payment options will be shown at checkout.
For larger orders, trade projects or multiple artwork purchases, payment by bank transfer may also be arranged directly.
