You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your artwork. Please contact me within this period to arrange the return.

The artwork must be returned within 14 days of cancellation, in its original condition and securely packaged. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and I strongly recommend using a tracked and fully insured service.

Once the artwork has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 14 days. Original standard delivery costs will also be refunded; any additional premium delivery costs are non-refundable.

If your artwork arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the artwork and packaging. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Bespoke or commissioned artworks made to your specifications cannot usually be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Each artwork is carefully packed using professional fine art packing materials to ensure it arrives safely.

UK and international shipping is available, with delivery options, charges and estimated times shown at checkout. Larger works may require specialist delivery.
